Salted Tarts with Mushroom sauce and Chicken

Easy way to prepare the: Salted Tarts with Mushroom sauce and Chicken bacon

  • 250 grams of fresh mushrooms ( or tomatoes as in the picture below )
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • thyme – a splash
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • pepper to taste (optional)
  • Chicken bacon
  • Tarts pastry

Turn the oven’s temperature to 200 degrees

Defrost the tart pastry, open it and cut it into circular shapes, make their size as like. Combine these circles double-double. One of the circles (doubles) cut smaller than the other one.

You can do this with the culinary cutting format, or if they’re not available at the moment, be creative you can do it with the jars available to you, you just chose two with the different sizes.

Cut out the outer edge of the second circle over the entire circle of the dough and with the palm gently soak a few shapes together. Once you have finished with all the circles, put them in the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes (or until they get a golden brown color).

The tart pastry itself requires 15 minutes of baking, as it is also qualified in the packaging.

These tarts do not require more than 12 minutes of baking so set a 10-minute bell to remind you and then put them in the first shelf of the oven so they will not get baked more than they should).

As long as you cook, prepare the mushroom sauce. Clean the mushrooms by brushing the skin. Washing mushroom is not recommended but if they are not clean you can wash them, but make sure you clean them well before cooking. This is a necessary step (the drying). Cut stems of mushrooms, leaving very little. Then sliced them into feta.

In a pot or pan add butter and olive oil with smashed or sliced garlic, sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme, pour out until the volume of mushrooms has fallen and have taken a cooked brown color.

All this mix directly from the pot or pan is passed into the blender to make the sauce. While the tarts are baked and you already took out of the oven, cut the chicken bacon with the same form that you already made for tarts. Place 2-3 slices of bacon in a tart.

Fill the empty space with the chicken bacon and the mushroom sauce already prepared.
